Shipments to Canada
Packages are sent across Canada via Purolator.
Everything is sent from our inventory here in Pointe-Claire (Montreal), Quebec.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you for your convenience.
DVDs ordered alone are shipped by Canada Post.
All orders received before NOON Eastern Time zone are shipped same day. Shipping is Monday to Friday.
The delivery delais are as follows, regular working days:
- Quebec - Next day delivery
- Ontario - 1 to 2 days
- New Brunswick - 1 to 2 days
- Manitoba - 2 to 4 days
- Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island- 2 to 3 days
- Saskatchewan, Alberta et Newfoundland- 3 to 4 days
- British Colombia - 4 to 5 days
We only ship as far as Purolator's depots are. If there is a beyond surcharge, we will call and advise you.
**We regret that the following Provinces are excluded from our free shipping policy:
- Yukon - The surcharge is to ship to Whitehorse.
- Northwest Territories - The surcharge is to ship to Yellowknife
- Nunavut - Some restrictions here also.
- Newfoundland & Labrador - Some restrictions here also.
A freight surcharge will be applied at check out, thank you.
