Shipments to the USA
Packages sent to the US are picked up by Purolator and delivered to the US via DHL.
The Purolator tracking number sent by e-mail can be used to track your shipment in the US at http://www.dhl.com .
All orders received before NOON Eastern Time zone are shipped same day, Monday to Friday.
Delays for the USA are as follows, regular working days:
- North East - 1 to 2 days
- South East - 2 to 3 days
- Center and Center North - 2 to 3 days
- Center South - 3 to 4 days
- West - 4 to 5 days
For the USA, are excluded in free shipping:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Virgin Islands
