$9.95 Shipping
$9.95 freight for Canada via Purolator and USA via DHL. This is not a freight fee but more a warehouse handling fee. Please note that Purolator and DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes. If this is the only address available, we will ship to the nearest depot.
Some restrictions apply, see under your region for more details. All destinations outside USA and Canada have optional Ground or Air freight.
For all orders shipping fee is $9.95. This is not our actual cost, so this is not the return fee nor is it what you will pay if you decide to return and item.
Orders before 10am eastern time leave same day.
If we are out of stock on an item, deliveries are delayed by about one week to 10 days.
Return Policy:
All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturers defects, we exchange or provide replacement parts. Any returns are subject to the following charges:
- 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your equipment within the first thirty days. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There are no returns after thirty days.
- Internet Transaction fees if applicable.
- If bought with free freight (ex: $9.95), actual freight there and back again would be applicable.
- The $9.95 is actually a handling fee and is not refundable.
- Canceled orders will have a $10 charge for Credit Card fees charged to us, H2O2 or hydrogen Peroxide orders will have a $18 cancellation fee due to the work involved with Government papers and forms and work done for every order.
