This is picking up quite allot of popularity. Two years ago I started using the inversion table, after years and years of going to see a chiropractor. Well I haven’t seen him since. I have no more back aches, as long as I am using it a few minutes every day. To understand just how dramatically gravity affects your spine, try this exercise at home: Measure your height in the morning and then measure your height again at night. You will be 1/2" to 3/4" shorter at the end of the day because of the compressive effects of gravity on your spine.

The chosen one; our new juicer.
This was quite a search, although we were looking into providing our clients with the best juicer out there, we are simply going to let you know which one filled our requirements and where you can find it. As we tried to purchase this unit from the Canadian wholesaler, we found that the price they were selling it to us was just too high and not worth it, even considering the import charges when ordered retail from the US. This for me doesn’t make any sense that I can get it retail in the US, import it, and still pay less that the wholesale Canadian price, with duty and brokerage.
OK, enough of that, it’s the Champion Juicer, a masticating type juicer. We were really amazed on how quiet and efficient this juicer is. With a 10 year warranty, versatility, ease of use, we even got the grain mill attachment. Watch the video from the manufacturer, and notice how easy it is to use, how so few parts are required, and the best part is putting in the frozen fruit for a quick and easy healthy desert. We froze bananas, whole & peeled, and just put them in, and in 20 seconds had a great banana sorbet, actually seemed texture wise very much like ice cream.
